We are the Humboldt Homebrewers. We meet on the first Thursday of every month from 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM. We are open to home brewers of all levels, including aspiring home brewers and professional brewers. We meet monthly to discuss the trials and tribulations of brewing at home and to share the fruits of our labor. While our members tend to focus on beer and cider, some of us make mead, wine, kombucha, kimchi, pickles, cheese, yogurt, and other cultured beverages and foods.
